Since 2002 Oden-Zin Mine Engineering (Pty) Ltd. specializes in the design, manufacture, refurbish, construction and sales of precision engineering. General Engineering and equipment used in the industrial and mining applications.

Oden-Zin has vast experience in the fabrication, refurbishing and repair of all types of LHD buckets. Various alterations and special applications can be done to accommodate the client’s requirement.

During 2008 Oden-Zin has built and repaired more than 110 buckets.

Boiler making

Our boiler making division consists of 15 production units that include 6 CO3 welding units and 9 boiler making units. We process in excess of 200 tons of steel per month.

CNC machining

The CNC machines include lathes with a capacity up to 2m in lenght and 600mm swing. Our CNC milling machines can handle up to the following:

(X) 1050mm, (Y) 560mm, (Z) 560mm

Conventional machining

Our maximum lenght for conventional turning is 5m and up to 800mm in swing.

Line Boring (On-Site)

The line-boring machines enable us to provide an on-site repair service to our clients.
